ITINERARY
Day 1 – 23 February 2026: Arrival Early morning departure from Luxembourg (P+R Bouillon) to Täsch, including breakfast and lunch.
Day 2 – 24 February 2026: Zermatt – Matterhorn Panorama A memorable day in Zermatt, the famous mountain village at the foot of the majestic Matterhorn. Choose between the Gornergrat cogwheel railway (3,089 m) or the cable car to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise (3,883 m). Both offer breathtaking views. Back in Zermatt, visit the Matterhorn Museum for insights into the region’s history and culture.
Day 3 – 25 February 2026: Glacier Express Board the legendary Glacier Express in 1st class from Zermatt to St. Moritz, with lunch served on board. Travel through the Rhône Valley, the Furka base tunnel, climb the Oberalp Pass (2,033 m), descend via the impressive Rhine Gorge, and pass the famous Albula Line – an engineering marvel – before reaching St. Moritz. Continue by bus to your hotel in Sils in Engadin.
Day 4 – 26 February 2026: Bernina Pass – Muottas Muragl – St. Moritz After a short transfer to Pontresina, enjoy the scenic drive over the Bernina Pass (2,330 m). Then, ride the Muottas Muragl funicular up to one of the region’s most spectacular viewpoints – ideal for a panoramic lunch. If you're fit and well-equipped, take a walk along the Philosopher’s Trail. In the afternoon, discover the luxurious winter resort of St. Moritz.
Day 5 – 27 February 2026: Romantic Carriage Ride – Free Time in Sils Enjoy a magical horse-drawn carriage ride through the snowy Fex Valley. Later, free time in Sils for a peaceful walk along the Upper Engadine lake.
Day 6 – 28 February 2026: Return Journey After breakfast, return to Luxembourg with lunch included.
