ITINERARY

Day 1: 01 May 2027 / Journey to Bournemouth

Your journey begins early in the morning from P+R Bouillon in Luxembourg, travelling to Calais with breakfast included. You then cross the English Channel by ferry and enjoy lunch on board before continuing to Bournemouth.

Day 2: 02 May 2027 / Exeter – Redruth

Today takes you deeper into South West England. Around midday, you arrive in Exeter, the historic capital of Devon. During a guided tour, you visit its impressive cathedral, one of the most important religious buildings in southern England. The journey then continues through Dartmoor National Park, whose mysterious moorlands and drifting mists have inspired countless stories and legends. In the late afternoon, you arrive at your hotel in Redruth.

Day 3: 03 May 2027 / Western Cornwall

After breakfast, you visit Land’s End, the westernmost point of England, where the Atlantic Ocean crashes dramatically against rugged cliffs. A walk along the coast offers spectacular views of the open sea. Afterwards, you continue to St Ives, Cornwall’s famous artists’ town. Narrow lanes, art galleries, colourful houses and a picturesque harbour create a truly special atmosphere.

Day 4: 04 May 2027 / Eden Project – Falmouth

A highlight of the tour awaits with a visit to the renowned Eden Project. Created within a former quarry, this remarkable botanical garden features enormous futuristic biomes showcasing plants from around the world. In the afternoon, you travel to Falmouth, a lively coastal town with a rich maritime heritage. Overlooking the bay is Pendennis Castle, while yachts and sailing boats fill the harbour. A stroll through its charming streets recalls the days of sailors and smugglers.

Day 5: 05 May 2027 / Polperro – Lanhydrock House

The morning begins in the idyllic fishing village of Polperro. With its colourful cottages and narrow lanes, it is considered one of England’s most picturesque villages. Afterwards, you visit Lanhydrock House, one of Cornwall’s finest country estates. Magnificent gardens filled with flowering magnolias surround elegant interiors that provide fascinating insights into aristocratic life of the past.

Day 6: 06 May 2027 / Tintagel Castle – Clovelly – Bath

Today you bid farewell to Cornwall. Your first stop is Tintagel Castle, whose dramatic ruins stand high above the Atlantic Ocean. Closely linked to the legend of King Arthur, it is one of England’s most mystical sites. You then continue to Clovelly, a unique coastal village famous for its steep cobbled streets and whitewashed cottages. Time seems to have stood still here for centuries. In the afternoon, you travel onward to Bath.

Day 7: 07 May 2027 / Bath

This morning is dedicated to exploring the famous spa city of Bath. During a guided tour, you discover its most beautiful landmarks and elegant honey-coloured Georgian architecture. Particularly impressive are the Roman Baths, fed by natural thermal springs that have been used since ancient times. Afterwards, enjoy free time to stroll through the city’s charming streets or relax in one of its inviting cafés.

Day 8: 08 May 2027 / Return Journey

After memorable days in southern England, you travel to Dover and cross by ferry to Calais before continuing the journey back to Luxembourg.
