During the Christmas season, André Rieu and his Johann Strauss Orchestra present a festive concert filled with famous melodies, accompanied by the unique sound of his Stradivarius violin. Before the concert, the Christmas market invites visitors to stroll and enjoy the seasonal atmosphere.

ITINERARY

Day 1: 19 December 2026 / Arrival – Maastricht – André Rieu Concert

Departure at 10:00 a.m. from the P+R Bouillon in Luxembourg towards Maastricht. After arrival at the hotel, you have free time at your disposal. Enjoy a pleasant stroll through Maastricht’s beautifully decorated Christmas market, known for its warm festive atmosphere. In the evening, a delicious dinner awaits at the hotel before departing at 7:00 p.m. for the concert hall. Experience an unforgettable evening as André Rieu, together with his orchestra and the enchanting sound of his Stradivarius, captivates both stage and audience alike.

Day 2: 20 December 2026 / Aachen Christmas Market – Return Journey

After breakfast, you visit the atmospheric Christmas market in Aachen. Its unique setting between the cathedral and the historic town hall, combined with its festive ambience, makes it one of Germany’s most charming Christmas markets. Numerous lovingly decorated stalls invite visitors to stroll and sample regional specialities, including the famous Aachen Printen gingerbread. The Christmas village at Büchel is also worth discovering thanks to its varied cultural programme. In the afternoon, you begin the return journey to Luxembourg.
