ITINERARY

Day 1: 14 July 2026 / Arrival – Free Time
At midday, fly from Luxembourg to Tivat, where you will be transferred to your accommodation. After checking in, enjoy the rest of the afternoon at leisure to settle in, explore your surroundings, or relax by the sea.

Day 2: 15 July 2026 / Budva – Sveti Nikola Island
This morning, explore the picturesque old town of Budva on a guided tour. Wander through narrow streets, old churches, and medieval walls to experience the special charm of this coastal town. Afterwards, take a boat to Sveti Nikola Island, affectionately called “Budva’s Hawaii” for its idyllic beaches.

Day 3: 16 July 2026 / Cetinje, Kotor & Perast
After breakfast, travel through an impressive mountain landscape to the historic town of Cetinje. As Montenegro’s former capital, it holds numerous traces of the country’s rich history. In the village of Njeguši, enjoy a traditional lunch with regional specialties before continuing to the Bay of Kotor. Explore the UNESCO-listed old town, and finish the day in the picturesque town of Perast, where the seafaring tradition is still palpable.

Day 4: 17 July 2026 / Montenegro’s Wild Beauty
Head north of the country. After passing the capital Podgorica, follow the Morača Gorge to the 13th-century monastery of the same name. Visit the monastery to admire magnificent frescoes and learn about its historical significance. Pause for lunch in the village of Mojkovac before reaching Biogradska Gora National Park. This ancient forest, one of the last of its kind in Europe, captivates with its lush flora and fauna. At the heart of the park lies the emerald Biogradsko Lake, which you can explore along a roughly three-kilometer lakeside path while enjoying the serene, untouched nature.

Day 5: 18 July 2026 / Lake Skadar – Winery Tasting – Podgorica
After breakfast, head to the largest inland lake in the Balkans, Lake Skadar. Enjoy a boat trip through a natural paradise, home to countless bird species and lush vegetation. Afterwards, visit a winery to learn about traditional wine production and participate in a tasting. In the afternoon, arrive in the capital Podgorica and explore its landmarks on a guided city tour.

Day 6: 19 July 2026 / Southern Delights
Today, explore the southern Montenegrin coast. Start with the old town of Bar, shaped by Byzantine, Venetian, and Ottoman influences. A visit to a local olive oil producer allows you to taste one of the region’s oldest treasures. Continue to a winery for a guided tour of the cellars and learn about the production of excellent red wines. Enjoy lunch with homemade specialties accompanied by fine wines.

Day 7: 20 July 2026 / Free Time in Budva
Take a leisurely stroll through Budva’s old town or relax at the beach.

Day 8: 21 July 2026 / Departure
Enjoy some free time in the morning before transfer to Tivat airport for your return flight to Luxembourg.
