ITINERARY
Day 1: September 24, 2026 / Arrival in Puglia Flight to Naples. Warm welcome at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Pozzuoli. Afternoon at leisure.
Day 2: September 25, 2026 / Along the Amalfi Coast Bus journey along one of the world’s most spectacular coastal roads, including a boat transfer. Majestic cliffs, picturesque villages, and deep blue sea provide an unforgettable backdrop. Enjoy a tasting of locally made Limoncello along the way.
Day 3: September 26, 2026 / Gragnano – Pasta tasting – Pompeii Visit Gragnano, the historic birthplace of Italian pasta, including a tour of Afeltra pasta factory (since 1848). Learn about pasta and mozzarella production, followed by a tasting. Continue to Pompeii for free time.
Day 4: September 27, 2026 / Naples – Pizza Explore Naples at the foot of Mount Vesuvius. Discover the historic center: the street of nativity scenes, Piazza del Plebiscito, and Castel Sant’Elmo with panoramic views. Enjoy a Margherita pizza show-cooking session with tasting.
Day 5: September 28, 2026 / Buffalo mozzarella tasting – Matera In the Cilento area, taste authentic buffalo mozzarella before traveling to Matera and its famous “Sassi,” a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 6: September 29, 2026 / Puglia’s pearls – Olive mill Visit three gems: Alberobello with its trulli houses, Locorotondo (the round village), and Ostuni, the white city. Stop at an olive mill and taste the region’s aromatic olive oil.
Day 7: September 30, 2026 / Lecce – Otranto Morning in Lecce, the “Florence of the South,” followed by a visit to Otranto and its cathedral with mosaic floors depicting Mediterranean myths.
Day 8: October 1, 2026 / Free day Day at leisure to explore at your own pace or relax at the hotel.
Day 9: October 2, 2026 / Return After breakfast, transfer to Brindisi airport and direct flight back to Luxembourg.
