ITINERARY
Day 1: 13 February 2026 / Arrival – Free time in Turin – Welcome dinner
Fly from Luxembourg to Turin with a stopover. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to explore Turin on your own. In the evening, meet your travel group at a welcome dinner at the hotel.
Day 2: 14 February 2026 / Turin
Explore the elegant capital of Piedmont. Turin, with its baroque old town and magnificent noble palaces, is considered one of northern Italy’s most beautiful yet underrated cities. Since 1997, the old town is a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit Piazza San Carlo with its bronze equestrian statue and twin churches, the Egyptian Museum — the world’s second largest — and the Royal Palace, one of Europe’s grandest residences. End the day by tasting the typical Turinese specialty “Bicerin” — a delicious blend of coffee, chocolate, and cream — in a historic café.
Day 3: 15 February 2026 / Alba – Truffle hunt
Today you go to Alba, the “City of One Hundred Towers.” The historic old town with its lively Via Vittorio Emanuele features medieval walls, Renaissance façades, and Art Nouveau architecture. On the outskirts, enjoy a special highlight: join professional truffle hunters and their specially trained dogs to search for Piedmont’s “white gold.” The dogs reliably sniff out the precious truffles without damaging the land, unlike traditional truffle pigs. An authentic nature experience!
Day 4: 16 February 2026 / Return
After breakfast, enjoy free time in the morning. At midday, transfer to Turin airport for your return flight to Luxembourg with a stopover.
