ITINERARY

Day 1: December 1, 2025 / Arrival
Departure early in the morning from Luxembourg (P+R Bouillon) to Vienna, including breakfast and lunch.
Alternatively for air passengers: Direct flight with Luxair to Vienna and free time upon arrival.

Day 2: December 2, 2025 / Vienna Sightseeing & Free Time
In the morning, discover Vienna in its festive glory during a city tour and walking tour with a local guide. Admire the impressive St. Stephen’s Cathedral, stroll through the Prater with its historic Ferris wheel, and marvel at the Hofburg and the Sisi Museum.
As a highlight, enjoy a breathtaking evening view from a rooftop terrace by the Danube – with a warming punch or mulled wine.

Day 3: December 3, 2025 / Free Day in Vienna
Explore Austria’s capital at your own pace. We recommend visiting the fairytale-like Christkindlmarkt at Rathausplatz and the charming market in front of Schönbrunn Palace.

Day 4: December 4, 2025 / Departure to Budapest – City Tour
After breakfast, the journey continues to the Hungarian capital. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour of the festively decorated city. Highlights include the impressive Parliament building, the majestic St. Stephen's Basilica, and Heroes’ Square.
Visit Europe’s largest synagogue and stroll through the famous Váci Street and the Great Market Hall. Be enchanted by the historic Gerbeaud café or the opulent New York Café.

Day 5: December 5, 2025 / Free Day in Budapest
Enjoy your day as you wish. We recommend visiting the charming Christmas market at Vörösmarty Square, with wooden stalls offering Hungarian handicrafts and culinary treats. Winter markets spread across the city center, creating a festive atmosphere with music.
In the evening, consider attending the world-famous ballet The Nutcracker at the Budapest Opera House or watching the spectacular light show at St. Stephen’s Basilica.

Day 6: December 6, 2025 / Departure to Prague
After breakfast, travel on to Prague. Arrive in the “Golden City” in the late afternoon. Enjoy your first evening with a stroll through its romantic alleys.

Day 7: December 7, 2025 / Prague Sightseeing
In the morning, discover the Czech capital on a guided city tour. Highlights include the festively decorated Old Town, the historic Town Hall, the majestic Prague Castle, and the stunning St. Vitus Cathedral.
You’ll also see the Powder Tower, cross the famous Charles Bridge, and explore the Jewish Quarter, Josefov.

Day 8: December 8, 2025 / Free Day in Prague
Spend the day exploring Prague at your own pace. Enjoy a walk across the Charles Bridge or through the picturesque Golden Lane.
Alternatively for air passengers: Return flight to Luxembourg in the late afternoon.

Day 9: December 9, 2025 / Return Journey
After breakfast, return to Luxembourg by coach.
