Travelling Officer – Customized Voyages (m/f/d)

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Travelling Officer – Customized Voyages for our offices in Keispelt to further develop our organized coach travel offering.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for our partners and travel agencies.
• Contribute to the creation of new travel products and the development of tailor-made coach tours (research, contacting suppliers, preparing quotations, organizing trips, etc.).
• Ensure the smooth preparation and operation of organized tours.
• Serve as the main point of contact for our tour guides.
• Participate in educational tours (Eductours) to promote and discover Luxembourg and the neighbouring regions.
• Handle the administrative follow-up of travel files (quotations, invoices, travel documents, etc.).
• Coordinate with our dispatch teams to organize the allocation of coaches and minibuses.
• Analyse customer feedback and reviews.
• Manage and follow up on customer complaints when necessary.

Your Profile

• You have solid knowledge of the tourism industry and geography.
• You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English, both spoken and written.
• You have excellent communication and writing skills.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• You work well under pressure, can manage priorities effectively and take initiative.
• You are able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• You are highly motivated and possess a creative mindset.
