Dispatching Officer Minibus (M/F/D)

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Minibus Dispatching Officer (M/F/D) to join our Minibus Dispatching Department in Keispelt, supporting both our customer service and the development of our service offering.

With us, you will not work in an anonymous department, but within a close-knit team, on equal footing, with real autonomy and responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Creating and adjusting route and duty schedules (timings, routes)
• Allocating vehicles and drivers according to operational needs
• Acting as a key point of contact between drivers, customers, and management
• Communicating mission instructions to drivers
• Handling urgent calls, delays, and last-minute changes
• Monitoring minibuses in real time (GPS tracking, phone contact)
• Ensuring compliance with schedules and routes
• Reacting quickly in case of incidents (accidents, breakdowns, driver absence)
• Checking driver availability and compliance (licenses, driving hours)
• Managing replacements and absences
• Keeping transport documentation up to date
• Handling customer complaints

Your Profile:

• Initial professional experience in a dispatching role
• Excellent command of French, German, and Luxembourgish, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong team spirit with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time and priorities effectively

• Independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
