Call Center Agent (M/F/D)

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a Call Center Agent (M/F/D) to join our Minibus Dispatching Department in Keispelt, supporting the further development of our customer service.

With us, you will not work in an anonymous call center, but within a close-knit team, on equal footing, with real autonomy and responsibility.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming phone calls (Ruffbus call center, private customers, etc.)
• Taking and managing ride reservations and ensuring proper follow-up
• Acting as a key point of contact for both drivers and customers

• Performing various daily administrative tasks

Your Profile:

• Excellent command of French, German, and Luxembourgish, both spoken and written (mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong team spirit with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time and priorities effectively

• Independent working style combined with strong teamwork skills
