To strengthen our team in Keispelt, we are looking for a Travel Designer (m/f/d) who combines creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for travel to actively shape and develop our travel portfolio.

  • Organize and coordinate all reservations
  • Prepare all travel documents for our customers and tour guides
  • Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth process from planning to the successful execution of each trip

Your profile

  • Several years of professional experience in the travel or tourism industry
  • Experience in planning, pricing, and organizing group tours or escorted trips
  • Knowledge of itinerary creation and, ideally, travel catalogue production
  • Strong negotiation skills and confidence when working with partners and suppliers
  • Excellent organizational skills with a structured and independent working style
  • Creativity, a keen eye for travel trends, and enthusiasm for developing new travel experiences
  • Team player with initiative and a high level of motivation
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of German, French, and English (additional languages are an advantage)

What we offer

  • Permanent full-time contract
  • Attractive salary based on your qualifications and experience
  • A varied and responsible role with plenty of room for creativity and initiative
  • The opportunity to actively shape and expand our travel portfolio
  • Additional benefits including meal vouchers, supplementary health insurance, and attractive employee discounts in our travel agencies
  • Flexible working hours (flexitime)
  • Convenient location with free parking
  • Continuous training and professional development opportunities
  • A motivated team and a pleasant, collaborative working environment
